Gardens by the Bay ๐Ÿ’š


Garden by the bays is a highly impressive tourist spot located in the centre of the Singapore. This is the national park and icon of the garden city of Singapore. Located Adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. This is created for enhancing the flora and edutaining the people with its displays.


101 hectares are the total area covered by the Garden of the bays. The garden includes Two-large domed cool conservatories and 18~Supertree groves. 

The scenic view of the bay is separated into three unique gardens with different theme pattern.
             ๐ŸŒน Bay of Central Garden
             ๐ŸŒน Bay of East Garden
             ๐ŸŒน Bay of South Garden

Bay of South Garden is the largest among three gardens covering 54 hectares. Here consist of 12 supertrees. The height of the supertrees are 82 feet and 150 feet long surrounded with a horticultural view.

Bay of East Garden is the second largest garden covering 32 hectares. This bay contains 3 supertrees surrounded with colourful horticultural gardens.

Bay of Central Garden is the interval between Bay east and Bay South. It consists 3 supertrees.

Supertree Groves

Supertrees are the large tree shaped designed structure made by large metal pipes surrounded with different varities of orchid plants. At the top it is covered with a canopy. This landscapes are the major attractions of the garden.
 
Supertrees are designed with photovoltaic system which saves the energy from the sun and also it is connected with the water circulating system of conservatories that helps to vent the air.

To the best scenic view of the supertrees, a bridge is connected at 128 metres long between two supertrees. Through the walkway visitors experiances a amazing view at the top of the supertrees.


During night time the supertrees were turned into colourful lightings with party music sounds. This event is known as "Garden Rhapsody". Twice the night it showed with different bright colours.



Conservatories

๐ŸŒน Cloud-Forest Dome


This is the coolest site(0.8 hectares) having tropical and the meditarrean climate all over the dome. This includes different level themes such as The lost world, The cavern, Artificial waterfall, Cloud forest gallery. This provides a stair walkway to visit the cloud fores at the top view.

   
                        
๐ŸŒน Flower Dome

The flower dome is the world's largest greenhouse conservatory(1.2 hectares) having dry-mediterranean climate. It has changing displays with flower field and eight variety of gardens. Each are created with 200 varieties of orchid plants. 

Under the two domes cool water is circulating and provides the environment chill inside the dome.
